Companies like Apple or Google have shown that success goes hand in hand with the right change management - because only if you constantly change or even reinvent yourself can you be up to the challenges of the present and above all the future.
„To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.“ What Winston Churchill said over 50 years ago has not lost its validity to this day.
A Change Management process has the clear goal of transforming the company. Every person reinvents himself again and again, the only constant should be your company. Good change management can transform your company from a static institution to an organic partner in all situations, who surprises and fascinates his own customers again and again, not vice versa.
We at Thought Leader Systems are ready and able to lead and accompany your company on the path to change, even if it hurts.
The Change Management process is a continuous process. The world is changing and so is your company. Only those who move with the times can defend their place in the business world. However, change does not only involve pressure and danger - change also conceals endless opportunities. It's not just about keeping your company up to date. A good change management example is not necessarily the company that has been able to hold its own against its competitors in the market. Rather, it is the managing directors who, with a clear plan, courage and assertiveness, have partly developed companies from the edge of bankruptcy to new heights and technology leaders. The Change Management methods have to be tailored to each company, because different expertise, experiences and goals require a different approach. We help you to analyse which goals you should set yourself and where you could benefit from a change, in order to finally develop and implement a methodology with you that will take you to new heights.
In 2007 Nokia shares were traded for almost 40€, in 2012 for less than 2€. Nokia's mobile phone division could no longer keep up with the competition from Apple and Samsung, so Nokia changed management, sold the mobile division to Microsoft and completely reoriented itself. Today, Nokia shares are trading again for almost three times the low of 2012. Nokia pulled the emergency brake at the right time and managed to recover.
After the Second World War, the Japanese car industry was dying. It was no longer possible to keep up with the American competition. The engineer Taiichi Ohno convinced his managers of his idea to reduce the storage of parts and machines considerably and to only store them when they were needed for production.
The "Just in Time" approach was born (and has since become an international standard) and the
Japanese automotive industry revived.
